New Clients

(Last time you had it done, is there permanent color, etc)

-TIMES & DAYS AVAILABLE

New Client Booking

Each new client inquiry will go through a pre-consultation screening. This will require you to email photos of your current hair, inspiration photos, and a brief history of your hair, as well the time and days you’re available. This will ensure a proper assessment of your hair and will determine which services will get you closest to your goals. 


New clients should expect to stay 3.5-4 hours

Cancellation Policy

 If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments that result in a No-Show or same day cancellation may be subject to a $200 fee due at the time of the next appointment and a deposit may be required to secure all future bookings.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are going to be late please call as a courtesy to fellow guests and your stylist.  There is a 20 minutes late policy for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment might have to be rescheduled. I understand life happens, just stay in touch and we can figure it out!

Adjustments

If you need an adjustment or you get home and something is off please call. Your happiness is the most important thing! You have one week from the time of your appointment to adjust the service . Please keep in mind that big color changes require multiple sessions!
